The HirakeApp team ("we", "us") sets out below how we handle user information in the "HirakeApp" application and related services (the "Service").

   • The authentication ID, email address, and display name obtained through Apple / Google sign-in.
2. Usage data
   • Selected question sets, quiz answers, accuracy rates, and learning history.
   • Lock settings (unlock conditions, exception rules, etc.).
3. Device and technical information
   • Access logs, error reports, and device information such as OS and language.

2. Handling of Screen Time Information

The Service uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls / Managed Settings). Information about the apps and categories you select to lock is processed on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. Purpose of Use

• to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• to authenticate users and manage accounts;
• to provide features such as quizzes and learning statistics;
• to respond to inquiries.

4. Provision to Third Parties

Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent.

5. Use of External Services

The Service uses external services such as Google (Firebase Authentication) for its authentication infrastructure. Inquiries are handled via Google Forms, and information you submit is obtained by us through that service. Information handling within these services is governed by each provider's own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain and appropriately manage collected information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use. You may request deletion of information about you, including by deleting your account.

We may change this Policy as necessary. The amended Policy takes effect once posted on this page.
