These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "HirakeApp" application and related services (the "Service") provided by the HirakeApp team ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Application of Terms
These Terms apply to all conditions of use of the Service and to the rights and obligations between us and users arising from your use of the Service. Any additional rules or guidelines we may publish for the Service form part of these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service is a self-management tool that uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls / Managed Settings) to lock apps and categories you select, and unlocks them once conditions such as answering quizzes correctly are met.
3. Accounts
- Some features require signing in with an Apple or Google account.
- You are responsible for managing your own account and must not allow third parties to use it.
4. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you must not:
- violate any laws or public order and morals;
- interfere with the operation of the Service;
- gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or otherwise improperly circumvent or alter the mechanisms of the Service;
- infringe the rights of other users or third parties;
- reproduce, redistribute, republish, or make secondary use of any content of the Service (such as question sets or explanations) (see Section 5).
5. Intellectual Property
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service and in all of its content — including question sets, explanations, logos, software, and design (the "Content") — belong solely to us.
Except with our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, republish, distribute, redistribute, sell, lend, publicly transmit, or otherwise make any secondary use of the Content, in whole or in part, by any means or medium. No reproduction or redistribution is permitted under any circumstances, including for private use, beyond the use made available through the Service itself.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is intended to assist with self-management of screen time and does not guarantee any particular outcome or result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any interruption, termination, or change to the Service, or for any damages arising from your use of the Service, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms when we deem it necessary, without prior notice to users. The amended Terms take effect once posted on this page.
